Briefs are specific, not generic
A client looking for college refurbishment, research facilities, high-spec residential and conservation work will not be persuaded by a page about "residential architecture". The page has to name the building type, the constraint and the stage the practice can take on. In Cambridge, that means writing for the briefs you actually want rather than every brief you have ever delivered.
