Search is no longer one box.

A prospective client might start in Google, check a map, ask an assistant for a shortlist, then watch a video. The firm needs consistent, accurate information in every one of those moments.

The priority mix

Use the right mix of SEO, local search and AI visibility.

These are not three separate retainers. They are three lenses on the same problem: making a firm easy to find, easy to understand and easy to contact.

01

SEO

Make the site crawlable, the pages relevant and the enquiry path obvious. Technical foundations, project-type content and internal links that hold together.

02

AI SEO

Give search engines and assistants consistent facts about the firm: services, locations, people and proof. Clear entities beat keyword repetition.

03

GEO

Generative engine optimisation is the discipline of being quoted accurately. We structure answers, sources and context so AI summaries reflect the firm properly.

What gets built

Six services, one enquiry path.

Every engagement is assembled from the same six building blocks, weighted to the industry and the stage of the firm. Nothing is sold as a package you cannot explain.

AI clarity

Make the firm easier to quote correctly.

AI assistants do not browse like a person. They gather facts, compare sources and summarise. If the firm's services, locations and proof are inconsistent, the summary will be vague or wrong — and the client will never see the page that could have corrected it.

  • Clear answers Plain-language explanations of what you do and who for.
  • Consistent firm facts One version of the name, address, services and areas.
  • Expert oversight A named human reviews every published claim.
  • Meaningful measurement Citations and enquiries, not just impressions.
How it works

Review, prioritise, improve, measure.

A deliberately plain process. The work changes by industry; the discipline does not.

01

Review

We audit the site, the map profile, the content and the enquiry path, then compare the practice with the firms already winning the searches that matter.

02

Prioritise

Findings become a short, ranked roadmap. Commercial pages first, technical blockers second, nice-to-haves last — with owners and effort agreed.

03

Improve

We fix the foundation, build the pages and earn the citations. Work ships in small batches so progress is visible and reversible.

04

Measure

Rankings sit alongside calls, forms and qualified enquiries. We separate our work from seasonality and say plainly what did not work.

The sequence is deliberately unglamorous. Most gains come from fixing what already exists before adding anything new: a clearer page, a faster template, a consistent map profile or a shorter enquiry form. We would rather ship six useful changes than a hundred recommendations nobody owns.

Why Trusted Profile

A small team with clear roles.

You get a small, accountable team with clear roles: strategy, content, technical and measurement. The same people stay close from pitch to delivery, and responsibilities are explicit rather than implied.

  • Specialist writers Briefed by sector, reviewed by someone who knows the work.
  • Maps and site as one system The profile and the pages are never treated as separate projects.
  • Readable reporting A short written summary your partners can actually use.
  • Conversion path Visibility is only useful if the enquiry works on a phone.

How we work

How we work together

Clear boundaries, from the first call.

Most agency relationships fail on unclear scope, not on talent. We agree what is included, who owns each piece and how success will be judged before any work starts. If the evidence changes the priority, we re-scope openly rather than quietly doing something different.

A written scope

Every engagement starts with a fixed scope: the pages, the fixes, the reporting and the fee. If the evidence changes the priority, we say so and re-scope rather than quietly stretching the work.

One accountable team

You get clear roles for strategy, content, technical and measurement. The person who scopes the work stays close to delivery, and responsibilities are explicit.

An easy exit

No twelve-month lock-in and no notice-period games. If the work is not useful, we would rather stop than keep invoicing. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you before you instruct us.

Questions worth asking before you instruct anyone

What does SEO for UK professional firms actually include?

At minimum: a technical baseline, a content plan tied to the services you sell, local visibility for the areas you cover, and a measurement layer that distinguishes traffic from enquiries. For most firms it also includes schema, Google Business Profile work, internal linking and a review process for existing pages. We scope the mix after an audit rather than selling a fixed package.

How long until we see movement?

Technical fixes and profile corrections can show leading indicators within weeks. New pages usually take two to four months to settle, and competitive terms take longer. We report impressions, qualified sessions and enquiry events monthly so you can see progress before a single ranking reaches page one.

Which pages or locations should we prioritise first?

The pages closest to revenue: the services you want more of and the locations where you have genuine proof. A firm with one office should not publish forty location pages. We would rather build six strong service pages and a handful of real location pages than a thin national grid.

What is AI SEO versus GEO?

AI SEO is the broader work of making a site legible to AI-assisted search: clean structure, consistent entity facts, accessible content and schema. GEO — generative engine optimisation — focuses on how a firm appears in generated answers: which sources are cited, how accurately the summary describes the firm, and whether the page contains quotable, well-sourced answers.

Do reviews affect rankings?

Reviews are a visible trust signal and correlate with stronger local performance, but volume alone is not a ranking switch. Relevance, proximity, profile completeness and website authority also matter. We help clients build a steady, compliant review habit; we never write, buy or incentivise reviews.

Can you work with multi-office firms?

Yes. Each staffed office needs its own page, Google Business Profile and contact details, while shared service and project content sits at the main site level. The structure has to prevent office pages competing with each other for the same searches.

How do you report?

A monthly dashboard plus a written summary: what changed, what we did, what the market did, and what happens next. We include enquiries or calls where the tracking allows, and we label estimates clearly. No invented case studies, no vanity metrics presented as revenue.

Start with a clear view of what is limiting enquiries.

A focused audit, a prioritised roadmap and an honest conversation about fit. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you.
