What we collect
If you submit a consultation form, we receive the details you choose to provide: name, firm, email, phone, website, town, the focus you select and your message. We also receive the page or interest label attached to the form so we know which service or town you were reading about.
Please do not send confidential matter details, client names, medical information or anything covered by legal privilege through the form.
Why we use it
We use the information to reply to your enquiry, understand whether we are a suitable fit, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, rent it or add you to a marketing list without a separate, clear opt-in.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months unless a client relationship begins, in which case records are kept for the duration of the relationship and the period required for tax and professional records. You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set non-essential cookies and does not load third-party advertising trackers. Fonts are self-hosted with the site, so no font request is made to a third party. If we add privacy-friendly analytics later, this notice will be updated before it goes live.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain processing, or ask us to restrict it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within the statutory period. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Form delivery
When you submit the consultation form, the details are sent to our server, checked for basic validation and spam signals, and then delivered to our enquiries inbox by Resend, our email delivery provider. Resend processes the message content and sender details on our behalf so the enquiry can reach us. We do not store form submissions in a database on this site, and we do not use the form to subscribe you to marketing.
