Briefs are specific, not generic
A client looking for office repositioning, granite repair, energy-transition facilities and residential refurbishment will not be persuaded by a page about "residential architecture". The page has to name the building type, the constraint and the stage the practice can take on. In Aberdeen, that means writing for the briefs you actually want rather than every brief you have ever delivered.
